I wanted to do more—to truly heal, not just treat.
My interest in a more holistic approach led me to Functional Medicine. This was a turning point for me, a realization that true wellness goes beyond the heart and touches every aspect of our lives.
I began to explore how nutrition, lifestyle, and even the mind could impact not just cardiovascular health, but overall well-being.
I decided to pursue certification in Functional Medicine, something only a select handful of Interventional Cardiologists have done. It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it. This journey inspired me to create the Well12 program, a path to wellness that empowers individuals to optimize their diet, sleep, and
stress—essentially taking control of their health journey.
it was about realigning with the reason I became a doctor in the first place: to help people achieve their best health and live their fullest lives.
Now, I’m on a mission to not only treat but educate and empower.
